About the job as an Administrator

As an administrator at SAAB, you will work closely with production and be responsible for creating structure in both documents, training, and IT support. You will manage and update production documentation, administer permissions and passwords, assist with minor IT issues, and initiate computers and program ID cards. The role also includes coordinating training and certifications for employees, booking venues, and managing access for individuals with high security requirements. You will be an important part of ensuring order, quality, and continuity in daily operations.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and confident in administrative tasks. You have a knack for understanding systems and enjoy a role that combines administration with practical support for production.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administrative work, preferably in a technical or production environment
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite
• Basic understanding of IT, computer management, and simple troubleshooting
• Experience in document control or training administration (meritorious)
• The ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Relevant work experience is more important than formal education. The role also requires you to work in environments with high security requirements.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
